We recently stayed at a hotel in Srinagar that was conveniently located close to Lal Chowk and Dal lake. the hotel was situated away from the scenic Dal lake, but it was just a short distance from all the famous tourist places. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a clean and well-maintained bathroom. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the peaceful view from our room.
The hotel lacked a lake view, which was a bit disappointing.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was an amazing experience! the rooms were spacious and clean, with a heater that worked great despite the cold weather outside. the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. the location was perfect, close to major tourist attractions and within reasonable distance from the airport. the buffet breakfast had a good spread and the restaurant staff was attentive.

Lack of communication regarding the non-functioning lift and other maintenance issues. Unhygienic conditions in the room and bathroom.
